I'm here because I believe we all have the ability to transform our state of mind and being, and I hope to share, and learn with you about this experience of evolving life. Let's explore different concepts, ranging from quantum physics to spirit journeying, super-foods, to astrology and anything we can find in-between!

We will take a walk through the open-mind, in search for ever expanding possibilities of this (holographic) universe. We'll take an introspective look at ourselves; and learn to observe our external experiences, with intention to create progressive change in our lives, and begin to understand our emotional body with mindful awareness. Its going to be a journey to the self, through the self.
